Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think it's compatible according to the product description. Only myCADtools 2009 & 2010 are fully compatible.

I'm not sure if I could install it, but then, even if it were doable, I doubt that the programs would work with such a difference in version.

The APIs have evolved between SW2010 and SW2014 so it won't work.
On the other hand, the Mycadtools 2014 are compatible with SW2013 it seems to me.

Indeed, all the answers given are correct!
APIs have evolved too much. In addition, it would not be possible to activate the (unrecognized) add-in. Like many applications, generally "who can do more, can do less", i.e. eventually a myCADtools2010 installation could work with a SOLIDWORKS 2014 version (but without assurance because the APIs used by the myCADtools tools could be replaced by new ones!).
