Insert an SLDLFP element

Hello.

In Solidworks 2015, how can I insert a library element in the sldlfp format saved in the design librairy folder?

Hello

In the right pane, you have access to your library, just drag and drop the sldlfp to the desired location.

Hello

You have to go to the Solidworks file location options, and add the path here:

I don't really understand the request

In general, the SLDLFP format is sketches

So these sketches are placed on a sketch plane

To create the boundaries of a feature

@Gt22, the SLDLFP can also be form tools or functions such as material removals etc...

Thank you for your answers.

In fact, I don't think this format can help me.

I'm trying to create library elements with modifiable assemblies, so I'm wondering if there isn't a way to create configurations with a variable rather than predefined values?
