Block insertion into MEP with snap point

Hi all

In my tank drawings, I have to add a multitude of informative blocks like special technical specifications, generic welding details... that I used before under Autocad. I inserted them through a hook point that allowed the blocks to align perfectly with each other. On Solidworks, only the BOM table fits perfectly above the title block, which is part of the basemap. Is it possible to proceed in the same way as on Autocad?

Thank you in advance!!

Seb

Hello

It seems to me that it is possible to create a point on each block (by doing it in the block you have to do it only once, and you can do it for all 4 corners) and constrain these points in coinciding.
