I would like to know if there is the possibility of creating a library in Excel with links that allow you to insert the element directly into an already open subset.
If possible, is it also possible to do a "save-under" with modification of the name and folder via two pre-filled Excel boxes?

You can do this via a macro by using the AddComponent functions (See here) for inserting a component into an assembly and SaveAs (See here) for saving under a new name.
