We can't install CATIA, locally on a PC
The license file is not found even though it is present on the computer's desktop.

First of all, is it a "cracked" version?
What is the operating system of your computer?
After installing your software, did the license manager launch correctly? If not, you can do the manipulation manually by going directly to: tools > options > general > licensing option and choose a package.
