Hello
I want to install Solidworks 2015 SP4 on Windows 10, but after 2% I would get an error message:
"The executable file
I:\Prereqs\vcredist\vcredist_x64.exe " /q:a /c: "msiexec /i vredist.msi REBOOT =reallySuppress /q" was not installed correctly.
and thank you

Hello
To have a correct installation you would have to install the 2015 and then migrated to the SP5 and not the 4. The 5 and the most accomplished version.

See attached image
so in my opinion for SW 2015 you have to go through windows 8
and the migration is done via the sp5 of SW 2015 for windaube 10
if I understood correctly

* The following SolidWorks products are not supported on Windows 10 : SOLIDWORKS 2015 SP4, SOLIDWORKS 2014 SP5, and all other previous versions and service packs. This applies to all products (i.e . eDrawings, Enterprise PDM, SOLIDWORKS Composer, etc.)
waiting for + info
