Is it possible to install SW 2016 on a PC and keep SW 2014, and how to do it?

Yes it's possible, during the 2016 installation, you just have to tell it not to do a major version update.

And above all, modify the installation directories by creating for example a SOlidWorksCorp2016 and especially a SOlidWorks Data 2016.

Yes, it is possible to install 2 different versions on the same computer.

On the other hand, be very careful not to save parts (screws and others in 2016 version if you still want to open them in 2014 version)
