My colleague has several problems with his SW2015 SP4. loss of links with document templates / loss of links with libraries / crash regularly etc...
I tried the SW repair, reboot, but nothing or anything! So I want to completely uninstall SW from his PC and reinstall it.
not having the SW 2015 SP4 installation DVD:
Do I need to install SW2013 (with the DVD) and continue with an update? Can I download directly from the internet?

Be careful to release the license when uninstalling, we were blocked when reinstalling a workstation because of this.
I also encountered a lot of problems with the SP4.
Since I switched to SP5, I don't have any problems anymore.
I advise you to try before uninstalling everything.
