To do this, you have to do according to the SW version you have.
File ==> Composition to take away
or
File ==> pack and go
If you have already tried to make a simulation you must attach the results in the files

If you want to share a .sldasm file you need the .slpdrt files that are in the assembly otherwise it doesn't work.
A board rather exports .step, it works better.

Are you working on resistance? to deformation? to something else?? . Have you planned a safety factor?
N.B.: depending on the type of product you design/validate, there may be standards, for example we will not use the same coefficients to calculate the behavior of a crane (see FEM handling manuals) or a bridge (see Eurocodes) and it also depends on the country.....
