I would like to put the PDM logo in the SolidWorks task pane but I can't find how to do it?

Hello

To speed things up, I'd like to put the PDM logo in the task pane of SolidWorks 2019 but I don't know how to do it, do you have an idea?

Kind regards

Hello

First of all, you need to activate the PDM add-in (tools-> add-in) activate and activate at startup

If the menu is not present in the task pane after that: right-click on an existing pane and customize.

Hoping I understood the question and helped.

Hello JB,

Thank you for your prompt feedback.

It's at the first step that I get stuck. In tool -> add-in, I don't have the PDM displayed.

Kind regards

Hello

Are you licensed as a Contributor or Editor?

Because only the Editor license allows you to do this.

Hello Dominique,

The license is indeed an EDITOR and I still don't have SOLIDWORKS PDM displayed in the add-ins.

Kind regards.

Hello

In my opinion, a repair/re-installation of PDm should solve the problem.

The complement is certainly badly installed.

Hello

If you installed solidworks and PDM with different license servers (like me since solidworks was there before the PDM server)

You have to install the PDM client add-in separately on the machine and thus make it see the server.

but the first question is "Do you have a view of the local vault on your C: hard drive ?
