I'm looking for a 3D sketch of the geode of a golf ball
Good evening
I think you should find what you're looking for here:

Good luck
Yann
for golf balls
having already modeled a golf ball
the cross-section of the holes and the axis of these holes is not constant
so finding a 3D sketch to make it is not easy
@+ ;-)
Allow me to respond on this subject.
I'm sending you a Solidworks file with a very nice Golf ball composition.
You can use it without any problems (provided you have solidworks of course) and if not, I can convert it for you.
Tell me if it was useful to you;)
Cédric.

Hello
Cédric Bréban
a file is missing to build your ball (Moderate- Icosahedron.SLDPRT).
You must have forgotten it...
Regards
Yann

Do you manage to recover and exploit the sldprt? or not at all?
Yes of course, I can open it. Only the first function is the import of another file.
Just don't look for it when you open it, that's for sure...
Yann
Hello
There is also this article that explains in some detail how to draw a golf ball on Catia V5 from an icosahedron:
http://apprendre-la-cao.com/comment-modeliser-une-vraie-balle-de-golf-sur-catia-v5/
The Catia V5 R21 file is also downloadable at the bottom of the page of this blog.
