I noticed that the error message talks about a recovery file. Maybe this file is simply corrupted.

then have there ever been impressions made before? If the printer has been configured?

What is the draft version? there is an update in 1VR4 for information

Hello

We have to see with Samos024 if he managed to find a solution because he had already asked the question about an HP tracker (see the GT22 link).

Thomas

- Sometimes Drafsight can crash at the level of impressions. If an update has been made, check in:

"Tools"/"Options"/"File Location"/"Print Settings Location" that the location points to something that exists and preferably to the latest version (largest release number). Otherwise, edit this field.

- A little trick that sometimes (but not always) works is to rename the directory (above) with the file explorer with an "SOS" at the end (Drafsight "off") and to restart Draftsight to reset the parameters to "0".

Also check if a default printer exists in Windows 7 and that it is active.

I forgot, the logical minimum:

 - Draftsigth 1.4 (32 or 64bits depending on the OS) to be controlled

 - Not an HP plotter (see other problems)

 - Local admin rights

Good luck! (Draftsight can be very temperamental and moody from time to time...)
