I can't put my icon bar at the top of the inventor 2016 window anymore

Hello, I no longer have my icons at the top  on the entire width of the window  as usual, they are just in icon groups at the top left.as shown on the attached photo .could you please help me?

If you go to tools. There should be a ribbon display or tool palette thing.

To return the ribbon to normal view, right-click on the ribbon and choose Ribbon Appearance >> Normal

In fact, by clicking several times on the drop-down menu icon (small black triangle) at the top center, all the icons reappear...
