In Solidworks sketches, I no longer see a highlight on the elements that select.

How to make the selection options are well checked...

Have you tried to restart Solidworks?

Did it happen all of a sudden?

 

Have you restarted SolidWorks?

 

Do you have a backup of your settings (sldreg file to use in the wizard to copy the settings). If so, restore your settings.

On the screenshot we can see that in Tools, Option, Selection View, "Dynamic Overlay of the Graphical View" is checked but you also have the same option in the FeatureManager box, is it checked on that side?

Try searching for your personal SW settings! The SLDREG file!

This has already happened to me several times when opening large blends.

The only solution found is to restart the station.

 

I tried to do without the display of the selected elements, but it's not easy...

AND WITH COMPONENT FILTERS WHICH WOULD ALLOW YOU TO SELECT ONLY THE MACHINED PARTS FOR EXAMPLE
