I would like to convert an stl file to solidworks

I found a gear that looks like what I was looking for on Makerbot A 3d printing company, and I don't have access to product dimensions. Is there a way to draw from a stl.

Attached is the file I want to convert


16teethconicgear.stl

16 tooth tapered sprocket, you should be able to find this on more common sites of mechanical suppliers (tracepart and others).
Even if it means adding a few functions to adapt it to your mechanism.
