I try to "fill" an empty space between 2 surfaces following a multisection. (Impossible to do everything at once because of the tangent configurations...) Do you have a method to fill this space between the two surfaces?

Under GSD, if I don't have the construction elements of the surfaces, I first try to understand where the PB is (Zoom and surface edge displays in green, Tools/options/General/display/visualization).
On the holes I create the edges allowing me to obtain a continuous closed contour at least in points If CATIA displays discontinuities this is where the PBs will start and can modify the connection tolerance I never go above 0.02mm.
If it's OK fill and then assemble.
If it's a knockout, there's no other way than to recover everything you can to recreate closed surface edges, otherwise there will still be holes.
On the other hand, on your screenshot you managed to switch to Part design, if you hide the surface, you can try the front removal cmd by selecting if you can all the faces of the defect.
