Do you please have any techniques or tips to " trace " a drawing in jpeg complex enough to make a sketch, I only know autotrace which is not super precise and the technique of transferring to mano through a sketch image? Maybe by vectorizing on Photoshop or by using a dedicated software? Thank you in advance for your answers 
There is no miracle solution.
It depends a lot, if not only, on the quality of the basic image.
Depending on the case, one software (Autotrace, Photoshop, Inkscape) will give a better result than another and vice versa. Then you have to test the settings of each software.
The problem is that often these programs generate a lot of entities, something SW doesn't like.
There is this site that gives very good results but it recently became payable...
