I am using solidworks 2013 and do not have access to the vault, what should I do?

Ask for the key?
Seriously, we need a little more detail on how you use to try to access this vault, the messages you get, your work environment...

Hello

It's not a key issue. The installation of the vault is done correctly, the problem comes from the fact that I can't open the "add-in" in the "file explorer" in SolidWorks.

Is the add-in in question "active" in Solidworks, see in Tools/Add-ins:

I see that you are using Solidworks 2013, it seems to me that the "Solidworks PDM Client" add-in had not yet been released.

Aren't you using the "Solidworks Workgroup PDM" add-in sooner? which has not been active since 2018.
