When I create a polyline of width 1 mm for example, on the screen the line is not solid but doubled.
There must be a setting, because on other drafsight files I don't have this problem.
I haven't found the solution yet

Does the layer have the desired line/color/style configuration?
Otherwise, it may be a visual bug in the software. If you haven't done so, update Draftsight to R2016.
Can we have a screenshot of your interface?
