During the network installation (I am in a domain) with the installation manager of SolidWorks 2012 SP5.0 version 64 bits, the program returns the following error after a few minutes of installation:
"Internet error: The Windows Installer service was not run as expected for this component: set_QuiteModeActions"
I have updated the latest Windows 7 FR 64-bit updates.
I disabled the anti-virus, scanned the hard drive with several utilities, installed "fix it" programs but nothing helps!

By any chance, you wouldn't be on a Lenovo laptop?
From memory on this type of laptop there was a problem that caused this message with the NVIDIA graphics card drivers and to solve the problem you had to uninstall the existing driver, reboot the machine and then reinstall a driver certified for use with solidworks (directly on the www.solidworks.com site)

I finally uninstalled SolidWork SP5 and then rebooted the machine. Install SolidWork SP4 (2011) and then reinstall SP5 with the updates option. Is it OK:)
