yes it's possible, you just need to have a property with an identical name in the rooms, and to use the custom properties editor, on the other hand you will have to apply it to each room, and a ctrl +Q / room.
Otherwise part family, same excel file by part, and same custom property names. On the other hand between ASM and PART or the other way around...????

I managed to link my pieces together by using properties and equations.
The link to the assembly part will not be necessary for me in the end.
