I would have liked to know if there is a VBA programming library of MYCADTOOL.

What is your goal?

I would like to return my problem of MYCADTOOL launching a macro  to a macro launching MYCAD. The goal is to be able to program a user interface and to be able to think about how to reduce file opening times. I would also like to keep MYCAD because it is able to do a lot of things and it would save me hours of programming.

I'm neither C++ nor python to perform this.

There is no API for MyCadTools.

The time it takes to open files is incompressible.

However, you can do some things like read and edit SW file properties without opening them. using the SW Document Manager APIs. These are the ones used by MyCadTools.
