Hello
I work in Solidworks 2021 and I want to know in which assemblies a part is used.
With Solidworks 2012 I was using Solidworks Explorer but I couldn't find the equivalent in the 2021 version.
Do you know how to do it?
Thank you

Hello
If you have the MyCadTools, there is WhereUsed which is provided to do this job.
Kind regards.
Hello;
"Solidworks explorer" has been replaced by "Solidworks File Utilities" for a few years...
It is possible to download it from the Solidworks website.
Kind regards.
Hello
Thank you for your answers. MyCadTools' WhereUsed feature is exactly what I was looking for.
As for Solidworks Files Utilities, I couldn't find the function that suited my needs.
Kind regards.
"Solidworks File Utilities" is integrated into Windows File Explorer.
You have to right-click on the file in the solidworks menu, choose "rename". Depending on the paths that are defined, a window appears with the use cases.
