From memory, I didn't use a function that didn't exist in the previous versions.
So yes, it has to work with all versions
The only function that can cause problems is swapp.activateDocX() X being the overloaded version of swapp.activateDoc() so at worst you have to replace this function with the non-obsolete version of your solidworks reference.
