Do you know if it is possible to make the EPDM BOM have the same sort order as it does in the solidworks assembly tree?
I can't find how to link the 2, nor how to retrieve a potential variable from solidworks to integrate it into the epdm nomenclature and then sort it by this variable.
If anyone has an idea, I'm all for it!
The goal of the approach is to create an xml file via the gateway following the order of assembly, to automatically integrate the bill of materials in the right order into our ERP.

there is no way at the moment. There is a request for improvement on the solidworks site...

Thank you for your feedback, do you know if requests for improvements are regularly taken into account by Dassault?

The regularly it depends on how much tolerance we give to this 
Requests for evolutions/improvements at SW are based on the score assigned (basically others have to "vote" for a ticket for them to deign to take an account).
Even if it is taken into account, in general it must wait at least 2/3 years before it is implemented.
For some tools, I even have the impression that they have given up (the PDM is one of them given the little evolution in recent years or even regressions on some aspects)

It's a shame, the epdm is in itself a very interesting tool with enormous possibilities!
