Linking a Surface Finish to an Angular Dimension Horizontally

Hello, could someone explain this absurdity to me please?


For a question of readability, I would like to link a surface finish to an angular dimension. When I drag the symbol on the coast, I have the situation of the photo. I don't understand why the symbol comes in the center of the numerical odds rather than being placed on the line that is created automatically for that... If I use the attachment line of the tool, I have the same problem, it comes in the center of the dimension.

Please I beg for your help because I soon have more hair to pull out

Hello 

If you group your 2 entities together, does it work?

If you don't have the function, go to: Tool -> customize ->  command -> alignment -> the "group" function is there

No, unfortunately it doesn't change anything

Strange that, because in my house when I group the two entities, they stay at a defined distance and they never overlap.
