2 profiles
1 guide curve

Good evening
A simple extrusion by taking your blue sketch and closing it by connecting the two endpoints with a simple straight line. After set the extrusion in the direction you want.

Or as I say @gt22 you need at least a starting profile, an arrival profile and a guide curve.
