List of welded parts that are not displayed

Hello to you.

I'm in the process of preparing plans for a colleague. He cut a series of tubes to be able to assemble them in weld afterwards.

I made this handle in welded construction, as shown in this photo:

But when I make the splan of this part with the list of cuts to be made before, nothing is displayed:

I can't understand why, while for other plans this morning it worked very well.

I added the file as an attachment, or just in case.

Thank you for your help.

Hello

I don't have Solidworks on hand but have you selected the right table??? Maybe it's not configured... Has it already worked???

I selected the cut list as usual but it doesn't work.

Hello

It's just that in the model, you haven't updated the welded parts list.

Kind regards.

No, that's not it either.

I made a nomenclature earlier  with the list in tabs, that's why it gives me only the complete sub-assemblies, and not their details (all the cut parts for example)

.

I found it by chance myself, it was just that you have to make a bill of materials piece by piece to have an accurate list of the parts to be cut for the welds afterwards.

In the part, right-click on the list of welded parts and then update.

Then use the list of welded parts in the drawing.

Good evening

Could you make a take-home composition including room and MEP. I would like to understand what exactly you have done.

You had grouped bodies in a welded sub-assembly? If so, next time, post the correct file:)

Kind regards.

Yes, I made a sub-assembly in an assembly and it is in welded construction.

The file that I attached to you, you open it, you make an MEP of it and you include a list of the welded parts, and you'll see that the list is empty.

Try it, I'm waiting for your feedback.

In case the list appears at home.

It's because I tried that I gave you this answer:)

At home, when you open your part, the list of welded parts is not up to date, if I do the MEP without updating it, indeed, I have nothing in the nomenclature of welded parts, which is normal.

If I update the model, the MEP updates and as if by magic, I have my nomenclature.

If I had had the groupings into welded sub-assemblies, I could have told you that SW only takes into account the first level elements.

Look at the screenshot I attached, you'll see what's displayed as soon as I open your file:)

Kind regards.
