DXF Editing Software

Hi all 

I would like to know if anyone knows of a REAL good software as an alternative to Draftsight which is obviously as everyone knows now only paying. I only use it to quickly read the dxf, modify them if necessary (rotation, scale, deletion or addition of path)

For my part it's nanocad in English but I just saw that there are files to translate it but not found for the moment!

After testing, the translation is functional but partial

After trying the software seems to me to meet my expectations perfectly, I still have to dig deeper but it could even be better than DraftSight for a free software.
