To my knowledge, no. We have the same case 1 or 2 pro license for 25 Std and not possible to share it.
Anyway, a lot of people find this toolbox problematic so we made our own library of screws and it works without any problem.

Same as a personal library, using families of parts, easier to modify and adapt. where commercial parts you have a single non-modifiable 3D (when the volume reconstruction works)
