Lights rendering

Hello, I started photo renderings but I get stuck on a view.

I want to put myself inside my helmet... (and yes I make a helmet, here bisarre.. ^^

But it's always dark even when I put a spotlight right in it....

What for?! =)

If you want to put a spotlight in it, you might as well remove the ambient occlusion for this view, right?

I think she didn't have it... How to check?

Wouldn't you just make a haircut? You'd have fewer light worries! No?

I want to put myself as if my head is in the helmet, if I cut it.... It won't work^^

I think your material is very transparent! otherwise the light doesn't get through!

I put spots in all directions!! it still doesn't work, it must be a setting, but I don't know where it is anymore...

You don't care... from the background!

Look at the diagram. You cut your helmet halfway (YZ plan) you position yourself from behind, you frame and ride. No?

I didn't see it that way! Thank you Benoit!

On the other hand, it doesn't entirely solve my problem... But it works =)

I'm always too late but have you also tried to make a sphere in your helmet (or 2nd body if 1 piece) and put a light texture?
