What is the message?

If it is the license, you can see them in the "My Contracts" section of the "Support" tab.

Did you transfer your license before reinstalling your PC?
-if so, check with support, it sometimes sucks (especially on old licenses);
- if not, see also with the support that will release the license so that you can get it back.

It may seem mocking or humorous but normally, a reinstallation goes without any problem.

I believe that even if you no longer have a maintenance contract, you can get this service from SW since the license is not limited in time.

The support tab only appears if you are a Visiativ/Axemble customer.

Have you reinstalled it after spitting?? If so, you may still have a Solidworks open. Check in the task manager if there is a Solidworks open.
