My part is not showing up. . Any idea?

I uploaded a file to MyCAD Place.  The tab opens, but no vicuals appear, (I'm sure the file is not empty)

Have you tried on several browsers?

A priori it works better with Google Chrome to download here:

It's imperative for Chrome which from + is you have to configure it as it should

See the MyCAD online help

Now if you are on MyCAD the folders should open by clicking on them

take screenshots so that we can help you and understand exactly where you are blocking

or invite us

Hello

 

I think you chose "Native File" when sending the document:

A native file will only be downloadable.

A collaborative file will be converted to the "json3d" format and only these files will have a visualization in MyCADPlace.
