Perforation machine for emptying PET bottles (Liquidrainer)

Hello, I am a student of the Faculty of Science and Technology (Industrial Engineering Bachelor's degree)  of Tangier FSTT in Morocco  . I am currently preparing my final year project PFE  whose subject .; the study of the perforation machine for the emptying of PET bottles, cans and TetraBarik (LiquiDrainer). Please give  me more technical information about this machine  (Nature of material used, motor, pumps, etc.). etc ) .

Thank you so much

Hello

I couldn't find any plans or 3D files (proprietary machine, probably patented).

Here is a demonstration video where we see how it works:

Thank you P.L .but I want to clarify information on the choice of motor and rollers

I think there is no information on the Internet, you have to contact the manufacturer:

http://www.strautmann-umwelt.de/english/products/liquidrainer.html

Or a reseller:

For the engine, maybe someone will recognize the brand and type (larger image attached):

Hello

Apart from calling the manufacturer (Strautmann:http://www.strautmann-umwelt.de/english/home.html) or the french dealer (D. GIllard) and hoping that he gives some information, I don't see any other solution.

On the site you can find at least the power of the engine in one of the pdfs: http://www.strautmann-umwelt.de/files/v4090003_b_liquidrainer-f__rderband.pdf

I doubt that a manufacturer would give you that kind of information because that is where it has its added value.

In addition, I doubt that the purpose of an end-of-study project is to make a carbon copy of an existing machine...

For the engine see Stoeber

On the pdf we recognize a sew usocoma but it seems strange to me compared to the German documentation.

The pump? It's gravitational-> a tank that flows in a pipe

otherwise the material is stainless steel because what is necessarily used in food

Stainless steel is certainly rather fair for corrosion. The food problem is probably not the main criterion (I don't think that the liquids contained are recovered to be reused).

As the use profile of this type of machine is often unclear, they are generally greatly oversized.
