I created a new A2 basemap. I also created a smaller frame at 10 cm around the edge.
Here is the error message I receive when printing on paper.

The problem certainly comes from the mini margins of your printer. What is the result if you click NO?

In the manual of your printer there must be marked the printing dimension.
