Multi-Body On-Part Materials

Hello

I'm on Solidworks 2021 SP1.0

I have a multi-body part, extrusions... (see image)

I would like to apply a different material on each body or extrusion...

I can't figure out how to proceed.

Right-click on the body in the Solid Body => Materials folder

I don't see the "volume body" file

This is the "list of welded parts" folder

SW renames this folder depending on whether the welded part environment has been enabled or not.

Hello

All you have to do is pull down your "List of welded parts (59)" folder.

Yes thank you it works for the welded construction that I have actually done .

But what about the volumes created from the extrusions?

It's okay, I found there are also the extrusions in this folder even if they are not welded parts.
