Hello to the whole community.
I am looking for a costing matrix for quotation 'Plastic Injection Tools' and 'Plastic Parts'.
I can't find anything really usable on the net.
Do you have this type of document in your possession? If not, do you know where to find one?
Thank you in advance.
Cédric.

And in this review?

I am actually looking for a tool (spreadsheet) to estimate the cost of making a plastic injection tool (all-inclusive) by taking into consideration:
- the size of the room
- the volume of the room
- the projected surface
- ...
As well as the cost of producing plastic parts.

Hello
Some tools found on the net:
http://www.custompartnet.com/estimate/
http://www.custompartnet.com/estimate/injection-tooling/
http://www.custompartnet.com/estimate/injection-molding/
http://injecnet.com/costestimator.aspx
Or in Excel spreadsheet:

Hello Cédric,
The best thing to do is to ask manufacturers for quotes. The DIACE company makes moulds, SIOBRA too. But don't hesitate to ask for several quotes.
In the case of casting, it is better to ask for quotes rather than estimates. We often have surprises.

@ pierre.marie.ferry :
Yes, I know a plethora of mold makers too, with whom I work regularly but the objective is to be able to budget the tooling costs very quickly or to be able to compare quotes with each other...
This tool will be used well upstream in product development.
Thank you anyway.
Cédric.
