I would like to assemble library parts by making the connections that are found in the part/welded/fit functions. Because the pieces have to be adjusted well together. But I don't think it's possible
I was thinking of putting everything in a part file by creating my parts in the mechanically welded library but will I manage to get them out in my part list on the drawings?
And in the case of *special" construction, you can't group everything in one room. How to do it?

I add for the 2nd point, it is possible to isolate the body in the drawing from insertion >drawing view >relating to the model >selection of the body and projection reference.
For the 3rd point, I recommend that all the welded parts be in the same part document in order to better structure the BOMs with the shipping markings, and if it is too complicated, and to avoid that the creation trees become unmanageable, it is possible to insert parts in the document via insertion > parts.
