System and Document Option We checked/unchecked on the system and the document without result, the message comes back systematically
We tried during our problem but to no effect, and it wasn't grayed out like in your example. There you are on the system options, There is the same option on the document also without effect on our problem.
Situation appeared without explanation like many problems encountered on our PCs. For your information, we are on SolidWorks 2022 SP5
It is greyed out because we lock the option (related to the installation via administrative image) to prevent anyone from touching it. From memory it could play on the 2022 but probably there is a bug.
