What is the question? Is the file size normal?
It depends strongly on what you have designed, if it's a complex part or a large assembly it doesn't seem huge to me, if it's a simple volume part or a small assembly, there is indeed a problem somewhere.
So thank you for telling us a little more about it.

a file of 70 to 200 MB is nothing abnormal, depending on what you design.
As for the video, once again nothing abnormal either, if you want a definition and a satisfactory ipm.
Why are these sizes a problem?
