My parts are out of state!

Hello

I work on Solidworks PDM.

Following a Visiativ manip on workflows to help colleagues, some of my part files being extracted at the same time, are now unarchivable.

The reason: the state has disappeared; My pieces were in modification with index: they are now neither in creation, nor in modification, nor in verification, nor in validation.
I have tried to delete them and remake them, in vain: any new piece has no state.

I would like to know how to force them to a state please.

Hello

I advise you to use Visiativ again (create a ticket) because apart from a handling error in the worklfow or on the file categories I don't see what could explain this phenomenon.

If you are not familiar with the administration tool at all, it is better to use the hotline.
