Error message when inserting an image into a basemap

Hello

I'm in SolidWorks 2014.

When I insert an image (JPEG or GIF) into a background, at the time of saving, I get this error message:

And the image doesn't save in the background.

Any idea?

Hello

Probably an error in your default basemaps or documents.

Do you find the document "fadon.slddrt" in the list of these options?

The error occurs on different stations, with tests made on different backgrounds (those of SW or the new ones). I specify that these are SW14 educational version  .

Yes, that's what @manu,

I've already done it without any problems, but this year, not all my trainees are able to do it. There is  this error message. What's the problem?

To insert the image, I'll Tool/Sketch Tool/Sketch Image

But I tried by Insert/Image... and Insertin/Object...

I do a good old ctrl-c and then a ctrl-v and I never had a problem. Essay see..

Hello

Have you tried the Capture tool to recover the image and then Ctrl+V on the background?

may the force be with you.

Or edit the basemap and then insert==> image

Uncheck the scaling box in the image options
