Don't start worrying about warning messages with Solidworks... (There are already enough problems about error messages)
The problem is that we can no longer archive this assembly!
By any chance, do you have steps from files downloaded from manufacturers' websites or other?
From what I understand there is a problem at this level and it blocks archiving in PDM (2021, 2022 at least I think 2023 is also concerned because it seems that it comes from the files made available on the sites and not from SW)

Yes, the hotline told us that too!
He provided us with executables to check if there is this kind of file and other, but it didn't work.
My colleague is just so with them!

It's been a while, but I have a potential answer if it happens to you:
In our file there was a line of code on the material that no longer worked or had disappeared. how it remains a mystery. Removing the material may solve the problem.
My colleague preferred to hang an old version!
