Metalwork and locksmithing on INVENTOR?

Hello

Are there any draughtsmen who do metalwork - Locksmithing who use INVENTOR?

Many use Solidworks, but the 2 software programs have a bit of the same features, no?

What do you think?

I have a hard time with the framegenerator because they put all the profiles in the same frame.

Mechanically welded parts are the area where there is the most difference between SW and Inventor: SW considers them to be multi-body parts where Inventor works in assembly with the addition of the Frame Generator concept.
I can't say anything about the latter that I've never used...
