=> But whatever the solution chosen, I don't recommend keeping this part with its Solidworks functions (too Memoir), if no function should be associated with this component, the wisest thing would be to convert it into a dead body (parasolid then Solidworks return)

It all depends on the material used and the manufacturing technique.
If it's 3D printing, it may be enough.
If it's honeycomb, there are some on the market in various materials
