Flattening a surface

Hello, I would like to try to put this surface to with the unfold suface function but nothing happens, I think I don't know how to use this function but maybe it's not possible

Hello

You need to repair the edges of your surface (Insert, Face, Repair edges) before you can unfold it, attached the modified part and a screenshot for those who don't have SolidWorks 2015.

What would be nice is to be able to draw on this surface and be able to fold it back into its original shape
