You right-click on the component and show/hide and then hide the component. There you should see the component behind.
Or if you really just want to make it transparent, you just have to make a transparent configuration of this part and also make it a configuration of the assembly with this transparent part for the view of the MEP in question.
Creates a transparent display state on the relevant component:)

The best solution is to have a configuration with the room hidden in the 3D.
In the relevant drawing view, --> Right click / drawing views / Other position...
Impeccable result.
