Hello everyone, I would like to know the loss of material thickness on average after bead blasting on standard aluminum please. Thank you
Hello
It seems to me that there is no loss of thickness, the material becomes much rougher due to a hammering effect.

Good evening
Ac cobra is right because bead blasting is intended for fragile surfaces thanks to its low projection pressure and low aggressiveness. l
The bead blasting makes it possible to obtain a uniform appearance with a typical roughness of roughness Ra: 3 μm, which is to be compared to the Ra of the original aluminum.
Kind regards
