Migration SW14 vers SW12

Hello

Is there a solution to open SW2014 models with SW2012 (apart from STEP or SAT files) and work normally in the functions of the part?

Thank you in advance.

Hello

No, it is not possible.

With a WWTP, it is possible to recognise the following functions:

But we won't have an identical construction tree...

As Lucas says, going from the 2014 version to the 2012 is not possible without passing the . STEP

From one SolidWorks to another, favor the Parasolid format, which has less risk of loss of geometry than an IGES or a STEP

the STEP format!

I vote like fThomas, for parasolid (SW uses parasolid as a 3D engine)

then feature works for simple parts

for more complex parts there is no solution,

Even a copy and paste of functions between versions does not work

(it's designed for!)
