3Dexperience Update - French Pack Problem

Hello we are having a problem following the update that is blocking the Be, did any of you have this problem please?

Sorry for not really answering your question (we are still under 2022 sp5)...
However, I'm surprised at the amount of information contained in the Solidworks error window (they've got us used to less.)

There is a conflict between the SOLIDWORKS version and the
French-language resources. Use Manager
or visit the customer portal to
Download and install the required language files
for 2025 SP2.O.

From there to say that programmers were too lazy to integrate language modules into their updates...

If I understand their message, they recommend to:
Either " fix " the Solidworks installation or reinstall the language settings via the Windows installation manager.
Or to download their language patch on their internet portal.

Has the problem been solved with one of these methods?

hello thank you for your answer, no the problem is still present I am looking for this famous language files, and the installation manager I can't find it, when at the 3dexperience site it's a big dish of spaghetti, hard to find something...

In the installation manager, it should look like this (the site below is for the 2024 version but it shouldn't change much):

However, while searching for the language pack on their portal (which I can't find either), I noticed that the 2025 SP3 version was released yesterday... It may integrate the languages correctly this one.

… on the official Solidworks forum the case arose for the language in German. The solution chosen is a (clean and complete) uninstallation and then a re-installation:

I reinstalled " Dassault Systemes SOLIDWORKS 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x " and it went back to normal, thanks all the same for your help @Maclane :+1:

I'm still waiting for the call from the hotline...

Still as good as ever at SW... Reinstalling a software in a production environment (IT sense) but of course, every day...
